Through our contact form: your name, email address, company, and message.
Through our partner inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, company, province, practice type, and any details you share about your practice or testing needs.
We may also collect general, non-identifying information about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, browser type, and device, to help us improve the website.
This website does not collect health information, and does not process test orders or test results.
Why we collect it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to follow up with you, and, for provider inquiries, to discuss a potential laboratory partnership. We use general site-usage information to understand and improve how the website performs.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you submit only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and for any period required by law. After that, it is deleted or de-identified.
How we protect it
Information submitted through our forms is transmitted over encrypted connections and is accessible only to authorized MedNexus Health staff.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the website (such as our hosting, form, and analytics providers), and where required by law.
Our separate systems
MedNexus Health uses separate third-party platforms to deliver regulated services such as booking, test ordering, and results. Those platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. As a custodian of personal health information under New Brunswick's Personal Health Information Privacy and Access Act (PHIPAA), MedNexus Health is responsible for that information within those systems.
A note for providers
When completing the partner inquiry form, please do not include any patient information in the free-text field. That form is for details about your practice, not about individual patients.
Your rights
Under PHIPAA, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it.
