About this appointment
Understand your heart
and metabolic health.
Your cardiovascular and metabolic health are closely connected. Conditions such as high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, insulin resistance, and excess abdominal weight can increase your risk of developing heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes.
At MedNexus Health, our Cardiometabolic Health Assessment provides a comprehensive, personalized evaluation to help identify risk factors early, assess your overall health, and develop a practical plan for long-term prevention and management.
Our Goal
To help you better understand your cardiovascular and metabolic health, identify modifiable risk factors, and take meaningful steps toward preventing future health complications.
Prevention starts with understanding your risk.
