Partner with us
Contact our team to open your provider account. We'll complete your onboarding, confirm your requisition format, and provide your test menu and specimen collection guidelines.

Collect and package
Collect and package specimens according to our standard operating procedures (SOPs). Complete the requisition and prepare specimens for courier transport following our collection and handling guidelines.

We process
Once received, specimens are processed at our Moncton laboratory. Critical results are communicated promptly when required.

Receive results
Laboratory results are delivered directly to your office by fax, with most results available within 1–5 business days of specimen receipt.
